What Has Been Done in the Project!

First of all, when we started developing the project, we created it with a global vision, which is why we made it multilingual.
We focused on automating spaces for rental, offering both daily and hourly rental options. The project includes several types of users: space owners, professionals (those who use the rental spaces), and their clients. We also integrated accounts for cleaning professionals and couriers who deliver cosmetics and equipment.
For space owners, the account includes functions such as:
  • Adding new workspaces, either in general coworking areas or private office-type coworkings.
  • Adding the address of a location, which then appears on the map during searches. Geo-marking also influences search results—if a professional allows location usage, the app will display nearby spaces at the top of the list to simplify searches.
  • A sorting feature for different types of spaces, like those for hairstylists or other specialists.
App Overview at This Stage
This video provides a brief overview of how the app looks at its current stage.
The app allows users to rent spaces on an hourly or daily basis and is designed to work with different types of users, including space owners, professionals (who rent the spaces), and their clients. The platform offers features like adding workspaces, geo-tagging, and a cleanliness rating system to motivate professionals to maintain their areas.
Space owners can control various smart devices, including doors, lights, and electrical appliances available for hourly rental. They can also manage pricing, set special rates for certain days, and upload media or descriptions about the space.
For professionals, the app provides an easy-to-use interface for booking spaces, selecting time slots, purchasing subscriptions, and leaving reviews on the cleanliness of the areas. Professionals also have personal profile pages to manage their client interactions.
The app integrates with payment systems like Stripe and offers analytics on earnings and views. The client accounts are currently in the test phase and will eventually include a simplified login and user history feature.
The cleanliness rating motivates professionals to maintain better hygiene and order in their work areas.
Smart devices also allow the owner to control not only doors, lockers, lights, and sockets but also electrical appliances that can be rented by the hour, such as hairdryers, clippers, wax heaters, and much more.
The owner can adjust pricing not only for hourly or 12-hour rentals but also for subscription options (e.g., 50 or 150 hours). These subscriptions can be linked to specific spaces and will only apply to those areas, ensuring flexibility in pricing.

There’s also an option to set special pricing for specific days or hours, such as for holidays or weekends.
Space owners can upload photos, videos, and descriptions of how to reach the coworking space. They can choose working hours and create a schedule, as well as add rules for using the space and link smart devices and locks (EWelink devices and Ttlock smart locks).
Each reservation is accompanied by a push notification that provides details on who booked the space and when, as well as any changes or cancellations. Earnings analytics are available for different time intervals—day, week, month, year, or any custom period—displayed in graphical format. There’s also analytics on the views of specific space listings.

The platform also supports integration with payment systems like Stripe and other banking solutions.

For Professionals

The app allows for easy booking and searching of spaces nearby. It features a user-friendly interface where users can select their desired time slots (by the hour or for several hours) and swipe between their favorite locations for specific days. Additionally, professionals can purchase subscription packages and leave reviews on the cleanliness of the space, which will affect the cleanliness rating for the previous user.
Booking a space is simple: users link their card, and with one click, the reservation is confirmed. A booking card is created, which allows for easy access to quick action buttons on the main page, enabling users to open doors or activate lights and appliances included in the rental, either with a single click or, in future releases, via voice commands.

Each professional has a personal profile page (similar to a digital business card) where they can keep track of their clients. In the next release, a social feed feature will be integrated, and this stage is already completed.
Currently, the client account is in a test phase. This account will feature a simplified login process and allow users to access their history of interactions with professionals and trainers through the app.

But more on that in future articles!
