Testing Our Product: The Early Days and the Challenges We Faced

In the early stages of testing our product, we relied on existing automation tools available in the market. We created a simple one-page website and integrated a booking system that was already out there.
Of course, we were far from full automation since there were no card integrations or transfers, and much of the process had to be handled manually.

As the number of studios grew beyond 10, this process became increasingly cumbersome. The professionals were constantly moving, canceling, or adjusting payments manually. Some would delay payments, saying things like, "We’ll pay later," or "I don’t have the funds right now." This created a lot of frustration, and it became clear that we had to find a better solution quickly.
So, I sat down and started writing the technical specifications for developing our own app.

The technical document ended up being over 100 pages long and included examples of the app's logic. We also immediately decided that the app would be multilingual, as I knew from the beginning that this product had global potential.
