Hall hours sell
without a receptionist

BeShare keeps the schedule of halls and spots, takes prepayment, sells passes and hands out the door code. Trainers book time themselves and run their own clients in your club.

What the platform takes on

Three processes the club stops doing by hand

Schedule, passes and trainers — in one place, under shared rules. Nothing to reconcile between a spreadsheet, a chat and cash.

1

The whole hall or a single spot inside it

The club splits into zones, a zone into spots: treadmills, racks, courts, mats. You can rent both — a trainer takes the hall for a group, an individual takes one spot for an hour.

  • Three modes — whole hall only, spots inside only, or flexible.
  • Your own closed hours — cleaning, maintenance, club sessions.
  • Rebooking — with the price recalculated for the new date's tariff.

2

A pass instead of paying for every visit

A client or trainer buys hours up front — for the halls and spots you choose. From then on each booking deducts hours itself, and a cancellation returns them to the pass instead of burning them.

  • Money up front — the bundle is paid once, no charges after that.
  • You set the coverage — a pass for one hall, several, or the spots inside.
  • One-off booking stays too — by card, no bundle, for first-timers.

Trainers rent a spot and bring their own clients

A trainer signs up on BeShare, books a hall or a spot and runs their own client bookings there. The club earns on the hours, the trainer gets a venue and a schedule, the client gets a clear booking.

  • You choose the degree of control — the trainer keeps the bookings, the club does, or a mixed mode.
  • Switching to club mode needs the trainer's consent , and every change to a booking is written to a log.
  • The client sees the trainer's profile — services, duration, open slots and online booking.

Mornings and evenings cost more

Shower, lockers, parking, water, cooler — marked for the whole club or a specific zone, and visible in search.

Reviews after a visit

Only someone who actually trained with you can leave a review. The rating recalculates itself and works in search.

Access

A 06:30 session — with nobody on site

The club's priciest hours are the ones when reception isn't staffed yet — or anymore. The route, entrance and parking are public. The door code, Wi-Fi password and instructions open only after a confirmed payment.

  • Public: how to get there, entrance photo, where to park.
  • After payment: door code, intercom, Wi-Fi, a "how to get in" video.
  • Cancelled — access closed. The details show only for an active booking.

New clients

The club gets found while a session runs

The club's page lives in BeShare search by city and map, in the profiles of the trainers who work with you, and in AI-assistant answers when someone asks for a hall nearby.

  • Search and map — filters by price, rating, radius and amenities.
  • Trainers bring their own — a client books a trainer and comes to your hall.
  • Always-fresh data — live calendar and prices, so the recommendation is accurate.

Payment goes straight to your account. BeShare doesn't step into the money chain and holds no percentage — neither on a one-off booking nor on a pass.

One subscription

A fixed platform fee instead of a share of revenue. Fill the club twice as much — you pay the same.

No lock-in

Profile and setup — free. You can leave any time; the booking history and client base stay yours.

Launch

STEP 01

Add the club

Zones and the spots inside them, opening hours, amenities, photos. Signup and profile — free.

STEP 02

Set prices and passes

Base tariff and a peak surcharge, hour bundles and what they cover, cancellation rules, access codes.

STEP 03

Connect trainers

Trainers book hours and run their own clients. The club appears in search and gets paid directly.

Questions

Briefly on money and rules

How much does BeShare take from a booking?

Zero. Payment goes straight to your connected account — the platform doesn't step into the money chain and holds no percentage of revenue. BeShare earns on the subscription.

Can I rent both the whole hall and individual spots in it?

Yes, there are three modes: whole hall only, spots inside a zone only, and flexible — where both are available. The platform makes sure bookings never overlap.

How does a pass work?

It's a bundle of hours paid up front in a single payment, not a monthly subscription with recurring charges. You set how many hours it holds, its price and which halls and spots it covers. Hours deduct on booking and return to the bundle on cancellation — a cancellation never burns hours.

Will a trainer keep client bookings themselves, around the club?

That's up to you. There are three modes: the trainer keeps the bookings, the club does, or mixed. Moving a trainer under the club's control needs their consent, and every change to a booking — who, what and when — is written to a log. Hall hours book and pay the same in any mode.

How does a client get into the hall early in the morning if nobody's there?

The route, entrance photo and parking are public on the page. The door code, intercom, Wi-Fi password and the "how to get in" video show only for a confirmed, paid booking — and stop being available after a cancellation.

We already have our own client base. Will we have to hand it over?

No. The booking history and client base stay yours, and you can leave any time. The platform is there so hours sell without your involvement, not to stand between the club and its clients.
