1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Beshare platform operated by Beshare B.V., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. About the Platform

Beshare is a marketplace connecting workspace owners, service professionals (masters), and clients. The platform facilitates workspace rentals, service appointments, and related transactions between users.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Each person may maintain only one account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform

4. Bookings and Payments

• All workspace bookings require prepayment before confirmation
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment processing
• Cancellation policies are determined by workspace owners and displayed at booking time
• Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy and may take 5-10 business days

5. Roles and Responsibilities

Users may operate in different roles on the platform:

• Owners: responsible for accurate property listings, workspace availability, and compliance with local regulations
• Masters: responsible for the quality of services provided, maintaining accurate schedules, and professional conduct
• Clients: responsible for honoring confirmed bookings, timely payments, and respectful use of workspaces

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false or misleading information in profiles or listings
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions or payment manipulation
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
• Automated scraping, data mining, or unauthorized access to platform systems
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform

7. Intellectual Property

The Beshare platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Beshare B.V. and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create (reviews, messages, photos) but grant Beshare a non-exclusive license to display such content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Beshare acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to transactions between users. We are not liable for the quality of workspaces, services provided by masters, or disputes between users. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to Beshare for platform services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, but provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
