revenue streams in one booking: the hall and the gear.
What the platform takes on
Three processes your studio stops running by hand
Calendar, money and gear — in one place, under shared rules. Nothing to reconcile between a spreadsheet, a messenger and bank transfers.
An hourly calendar that closes slots by itself
Halls, spots and rooms — each with its own schedule and price. A paid hour disappears from availability, and a buffer for clean-up stays between shoots.
- Three rental modes — whole hall only, spots inside only, or flexible.
- Your own closed hours — maintenance, personal shoots, days off.
- Rebooking — with the price recalculated and the difference charged or refunded.
Example of a hall's weekly grid: some hours are paid, one slot awaits payment, some hours are closed by the studio, the rest are free.
Prepayment before entering the studio
A booking is confirmed only after payment — “agreed but never showed up” is no longer your problem. The money goes straight to your account; the platform doesn't hold it.
- Booking commission — 0%. BeShare has one platform subscription, no cut of your revenue.
- Refunds on your terms — partial or full, with no manual transfers.
- Hour packages for regulars: pay for 20 hours — they're drawn down on every booking.
31 bookings · 6 renters on hour packages
Gear for rent — the studio's second revenue
Lights, lenses, backdrops, stands. Priced per hour, per day or per item, with stock tracked for each. The renter adds gear to the booking themselves.
- BeShare gear catalogue — you're found by a specific model, not just by address.
- Consumables and extras — backdrops, batteries, coffee: the order arrives with the booking.
- See the demand — which gear rents out most and where it's worth raising the price.

And six more things you no longer track
Dynamic pricing
Your own price for evenings, weekends, holidays and specific dates. A priority rate overrides the base one automatically.
Hour packages
A regular renter buys 10, 20 or 50 hours upfront. Hours are drawn down on booking and returned on cancellation.
Reviews and rating
Only someone who actually shot with you can leave a review. The rating recalculates itself and counts in search.
Occupancy analytics
Revenue by day and month, peak hours, your top-earning halls, repeat renters.
Instant notifications
New booking, payment, cancellation, reschedule, gear order — delivered instantly in the app and by email.
A page in three languages
Name, description and rules — separately in each language. Visiting crews read your studio in theirs.
Access
The studio opens without you being there
The route, landmarks and entrance photos are visible to everyone — no need to repeat them in every chat. The intercom code, Wi-Fi password and the “how to open the door” video open to the renter only after a confirmed payment.
- Public: how to get there by car and transit, landmark photos, parking.
- After payment: door code, intercom, Wi-Fi, instructions and the entry video.
- Cancellation — access closed. The details are visible only for an active booking.
Active booking access valid 14:00 — 18:00
New renters
Your studio gets found while you shoot
Your studio's page lives in three places at once: in BeShare search by city and map, in the gear catalogue — by a specific light or lens model, and in AI assistants' answers when someone asks for a studio nearby.
- Search and map — filters by price, rating, radius and space type.
- Gear catalogue — “where to rent a Profoto B10X” leads to your studio.
- Always-fresh data — a live calendar and prices, so the recommendation is accurate.

I need a photo studio with a cyclorama in Rotterdam, Saturday afternoon, with strobe light
One suitable studio is free, gear is available on site:
Cyclorama 40 m² · Profoto B10X · 14:00–18:004.9
The assistant sees only what's genuinely free and payable right now.
Before and after
What changes in how the studio runs
| Process | Usually | With BeShare |
|---|---|---|
| Booking | Chats in a messenger, voice notes, “is 16:00 free?” | The renter picks a slot in the calendar themselves — around the clock |
| Confirmation | On someone's word, no guarantees | Only after payment — a booking without money isn't confirmed |
| Double bookings | They happen: two people keep the calendar, no sync | Ruled out: a paid slot disappears from availability |
| Price | One price for all hours and days | Your own rate for peak times, weekends and specific dates |
| Studio access | Someone comes to meet and open up | Code and Wi-Fi open to the renter after payment |
| Gear | Arranged on the spot, often forgotten in the total | An item with price and stock — right in the booking |
| Money | Cash and transfers, reconciled by hand | Straight to your account, 0% booking commission |
Money
We don't earn from your bookings
The renter pays straight into your account. BeShare doesn't step into the money chain or take a cut — neither on the hall nor the gear.
A fixed platform fee instead of a share of revenue. Doubled your studio's occupancy — you pay the same.
Profile and setup are free. You can leave any time; your booking history and client base stay yours.

Questions
Briefly about money and rules
How much does BeShare take from each booking?
Zero. The renter pays by card straight into your account — the platform doesn't step into the money chain or take a cut. BeShare earns from the subscription, not from your revenue.
Can I rent out the whole hall and individual spots inside it?
Yes, there are three modes: whole hall only, spots inside only, and flexible — when both are available. The mode is switched at the studio level, and the platform makes sure bookings don't overlap.
What happens with double bookings and reschedules?
A confirmed slot disappears from availability at once, so an overlap is impossible. On a reschedule the platform checks conflicts with other bookings and your closed hours, recalculates the price at the new date's rate, and handles the extra charge or refund itself.
How does a renter get into the studio if we're not there?
The route, landmark photos and parking are visible to everyone on the page. The door code, intercom, Wi-Fi password and the “how to open” video are shown only for a confirmed and paid booking — and stop being available after a cancellation.
Is gear counted separately from the hall rental?
Yes. Each item has its own price per hour, per day or per item and its own stock, and the renter adds it to the booking themselves. On top of that your studio lands in the BeShare gear catalogue: someone looking for a specific light or lens model sees that you have it.
We have regular photographers. Can we sell them hours upfront?
Yes, that's hour packages: you create a package for selected halls, the renter pays for it once, and hours are drawn down on every booking. On cancellation the hours return to the package instead of expiring.
Set up your studio in one evening
Add halls, set prices and gear. Your first booking could arrive that very night — without you lifting a finger.
