If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one.<br>3. Firmly press and smooth the strip, applying extra pressure along the free edge of the nail and remove top clear film.<br>4. Using long firm strokes, file in a single direction from top to underneath across the free edge of the nail.<br>5.
