If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one.</p> <p>3. Firmly press and smooth the strip, applying extra pressure along the free edge of the nail and remove top clear film.</p> <p>4. Using long firm strokes, file in a single direction from top to underneath across the free edge of the nail.</p> <p>5.
