BeShare for salons & barbershops

One journal
for the whole salon

Every master's appointments in one calendar, services from a shared catalogue, clients stay with the master. The salon decides who manages the booking — and does it with the master's consent, not over their head.

What the platform takes off your hands

Three processes the salon stops running by hand

The schedule, the price list and the agreements with masters. Not a dozen notebooks reconciled at day's end, but one journal with shared rules.

1

Every master in one calendar

Day or week, a column per master, appointments in their place. You can see who's booked, who has a gap and who's awaiting confirmation — no walking the chairs, no phone calls.

  • An appointment from several services — time and total recalculate themselves.
  • Reschedule and hand over to another master — with a notice to the client.
  • Statuses all the way through — confirmed, completed, cancelled, no-show.

Services from the catalogue, not off the top of your head

The master picks a service from the shared directory — profession, then item — and sets their own price and duration. The name comes from the catalogue, so a "haircut" reads the same for everyone in the salon.

  • Over 600 services across 24 professions — from colouring and brows to massage and tattoo.
  • The salon marks what it offers — at the venue level or a single cabinet.
  • Your own name alongside — if you call a service something else, it shows on top.

Who controls the booking — the salon decides, but not silently

The master runs their own bookings, the salon's admin runs them, or it's mixed. Moving a master under salon control needs their consent, and every change to an appointment is logged: who changed what, and when.

  • Consent is asked for, not assumed — and can be revoked too.
  • Only those who agreed appear in the salon journal — other bookings stay hidden.
  • Fewer disputes — there's a record of the action, not two versions of events.

Masters

The master arrives with their own clients — and keeps them

This is the biggest fear about moving to a shared system: "the salon will take my client base". On BeShare the client history belongs to the master — it leaves with them if they leave. The salon sees the appointments made in its walls, not someone else's base.

  • History per client — visits, totals, last visit, next appointment.
  • Public master profile — services, prices, free slots and online booking.
  • Chair or cabinet rental — if the master rents a spot rather than working on staff.

Salon routine

And six more things you no longer have to watch

Consumables

The master orders dye, disposables and small items right with the appointment. Stock is deducted, the order comes to you.

Passes

A bundle of visits or hours paid up front. Deducted on booking, refunded on cancellation.

Per-appointment chat

The conversation is tied to the visit, not lost in DMs. Reschedules and service changes land there as system messages.

Reviews after the visit

Only someone whose visit actually happened can leave a review. The master's rating recalculates itself.

Notifications and reminders

New booking, cancellation, reschedule, confirmation — instantly to master, salon and client.

Salon analytics

Revenue by day and month, chair and cabinet load, which clients come back.

Showcase

How masters and clients see the salon

One account — as many halls and cabinets as you like. Each has its own price list, its own catalogue services and its own masters. Booked time disappears from the listing at once.

Money

We don't stand between the salon and the client

0% on appointments

The platform keeps no percentage of a visit or a chair rental. The client pays you the way you already work.

One subscription

A flat platform fee instead of a cut of revenue. Twice as many appointments — you pay the same.

The base stays with its owner

The client history belongs to the master, the bookings in your walls to the salon. You can leave any time.

Launch

Three steps to the first appointment

STEP 01

Add your salon

Address, cabinets and chairs, working hours, services from the catalogue. Registration and profile are free.

STEP 02

Bring on your masters

The master adds their services with price and time; you agree on the appointment-control mode.

STEP 03

Open for booking

Clients book online, the journal fills itself, reminders go out without you.

Questions

The short version on money and rules

How much does BeShare take per appointment?

Zero. The platform keeps no percentage of a visit or a chair rental — settlement with the client stays yours. BeShare earns from the subscription.

Masters fear the salon will take their base. What do we tell them?

The client history is counted from the master's own appointments and belongs to them: visits, totals and notes leave with them when they change salon. The salon sees the appointments made in its walls — enough for the journal and analytics, not enough to "carry off" someone else's clients.

Can an admin edit masters' appointments?

Yes, if the master has consented. There are three modes: the master runs it, the salon runs it, or mixed. Moving under salon control is requested from the master and can be revoked, and every change to a booking — who, what and when — is logged.

We have our own service names. Won't the catalogue break them?

The service comes from the catalogue, but you can set your own name alongside — that's what shows. The catalogue exists so the same procedure across different masters doesn't turn into four different lines in the price list and in search.

Our masters rent chairs. Does that fit here too?

Yes. A chair or cabinet is a separate spot with its own schedule and price: the master books it by the hour or buys a bundle of hours up front. The client bookings remain their own separate contour.

What happens to old appointments and clients when we switch?

You can start in parallel: add services and open online booking while running your current clients as before. History builds up in the system from the first appointment — you don't need to migrate the old data right away.

Start with a single day

Add your salon, add services and bring on one master. The journal will fill up on the very first shift.
