This item arrived with the top on in a crooked fashion, with a portion of the liquid spilled out. I tried to contact Dermstore repeatedly. Customer service is horrible. I got several emails asking questions and every response of mine was kicked back to me. In the end I’ve spent a fortune on a half-filled bottle and no resolution. Never ordering from dermstore again.
