Goes on with a strong menthol tingle and smell but it doesn’t irritate my eyes or skin. I think it works as advertised. My eyes look more awake and less puffy. Small bottle but a little goes a long way. I don’t have sensitivity to most products but may not work for someone who does? I make sure I wash my hands after use because it will irritate my eyes if there is direct contact. Yon-ka is a solid brand imo.
