I use this masque as a nighttime moisturizer. I keep it on while I sleep. It's very hydrating and has a calming smell. All of the Yonka products I have tried smell ANAZING. I've gone through probably 5 bottles of this and don't plan to switch to another nighttime moisturizer. LOVE
