Just recently bought this, have tried it twice and hasn’t worked either time....

Just recently bought this, have tried it twice and hasn’t worked either time. The first time i thought there was too much hair and not enough product, so tried it this morning with less hair and more product, and left it on about 5 minutes but removed no hair. Disappointed, not sure what i’m doing wrong :(
