Did a patch test, didn't remove any hair but no irritation. Next day followed...

Did a patch test, didn't remove any hair but no irritation. Next day followed instructions, again didn't remove hair so left product on for another minute. Became very painful so showered off completely and was left with hair and red irritated skin.
