I have long hair that is quite thick but with fine strands so it's prone to being flat because of the weight. I've tried various thickening sprays to give it body at various price points and this is by far the best. It's expensive so it's a special occasion spray for me but highly recommend. I received a sample in a monthly beauty box, otherwise I wouldn't have discovered it but have bought the full size twice now.
