I’ve been using this for around 9 months, I have thinning hair and whilst I can definitively say for me it does not reduce shedding in the least, what it does do, effectively, is thicken the appearance of your hair. It leaves hair soft and feeling extremely clean with the addition of feeling thicker. No reduction in shedding and no regrowth though
