The first bottle arrived with the lid unscrewed, the bottle empty and all the packaging soaked. The second bottle arrived a week later. You use 20 drops a day, so the bottle will only last about 2 weeks, so I will work out expensive. I don’t like the way the serum makes my hair feel, it feels dirty. After nearly 2 weeks, I haven’t notice a difference but I think you would need to use it much longer for it to work, if it does work. I won’t be buying it again.
