Flaky Mess

I bought this about a month ago from the drug store thinking it would be an easier alternative on my eyelashes than regular mascara. Not only is the formula very thick and barely transfers onto lashes, but it flakes BAD, literally as soon as you put it on so multiple layers is a no go. Don't see how... Read more
