I have used this for several years. It has been inconsistent. The last jar was soft and creamy easier to apply. At times, it is firm and stiff. This time it is firm and stiff. Do you have multiple manufacturing locations or multiple ingredient suppliers for the same ingredient, and the ingredient specifications are not identical from each supplier?
