I’ve been using this face wash for years and miss the original bottle. When the new bottle design was released, I read the reviews and was aware that the pump might have issues. Because of that, I hesitated to continue purchasing it, especially since they were charging more. But I gave it a chance anyway. Not surprisingly, the reviewers weren’t exaggerating, and the face wash started seeping out of the pump after a few uses. After finishing the first bottle, I gave it yet another chance, hoping the issue has been fixed. Nope, the pump still leaks, wasting a lot of product. If you’re charging more for this new design, please, at least, make it leak-proof. Pretty disappointing.
