The boxes are mostly great but I find a lot of repetition on some boxes. I’ve received three hair brushes in the last 12 months and lost count of claw clips. Sometimes I feels like they are just box fillers because you’ve ran out of ideas. Also most deliveries are almost always late. I see what’s inside the box via instagram influencers videos so the element of surprise is usually gone by the time my box arrives.
