Can not believe how awful the box I received is, 3 x hair mask all the same, cheap lip oil and 1 x use eye mask. Have emailed customer services - Hi, I received my June Beauty Box today and was really not happy with the contents. You sent: 1 x ESPA eye mask 1 x Made by Mitchell lip oil 3 x Paradox Growth Pro-density hair mask. This is really unacceptable, to duplicate 1 sample size product 3 times then chuck in a cheap lip oil and 1 x use eye mask and claim this is worth £55? I have been a subscriber for over 10 years and have noted that the boxes are not nearly as good as they used to be. Having said that filling up a box with duplicates is certainly against trades descriptions of the subscription. Please advise as to how you plan to resolve this?
