This is a string floss, rather than a ribbon floss (which I personally prefer), and immediately upon opening this and using it, I was skeptical of how effective it could be. After a week of use, I still don't think this is different than any other kind of floss and certainly not worth the extra cost. You are better off applying a toothpaste or whitening product to your teeth and using standard floss to get the product between your teeth.
