Super disappointed. This item never arrived with my already quite delayed order, then was notified the following week that it would be cancelled. Unable to get a hold of any real person at dermstore throughout the process. Really disappointed with the overall experience of shopping with dermstore-- the customer service has gone downhill remarkably, and with all the other online shopping options out there now, I can't imagine I'll be back. You lost a longtime customer with this one.
