The product is adequate. This review is about Dermstore. I spend $1000’s on products every year. I ordered 2 bottles of the pink drink because I would be away for 2 months. The bottles arrived frozen and shattered. I sent pictures and an email, Dermstore stated that they will send new bottles, I emailed back and asked for a refund because I won’t be home, their reply, have someone pick up your package. I believe that was a very rude reply, if that was a possibility I would have done that. I can order any of the products I use directly from the brand’s webisite, which I have done in the past. I have had very good experiences with Skinmedica and Skinceutical. Avoid Dermstore!
