I purchased this product from Dermstore and its batch code is PD140, and it was manufactured in 2020 and expired three years ago. Batch codes are recycled every 10 years! Are you kidding me? The box is pristine, but it doesn’t change the fact that this product was manufactured during the pandemic and likely was stored in an area of the fulfillment center where it shouldn’t have been. I’m so disappointed in Dermstore, but I’m seething that I am expected to return the product at my expense. I did NOT make the mistake by sending a customer an EXPIRED product. I’ve reached out to SR. You really have to do better Dermstore! I believe you’ve lost a customer. This is NOT how business is done, and I will not be held financially responsible for your errors, failures and mistakes. I’ve already paid $48 plus tax, and I purchased an Allies of Skin eye product with this order, so shipping would have been free without the SR product! Disgusted by Dermstore!
