This review is not about the product, which I love, but about Dermstore's "customer service" and lack thereof. I never received the product, and when I reached out to them, they essentially told me, "Too bad, that's not on us, it is up to the delivery service." I am out $75.00. I have easily received the product through other, more ethical companies, and would never consider shopping at Dermstore again. Do better.
