This is an absolute god send! I suffer from medical conditions which causes me to be in every day. One of those is fibromyalgia and this sauna blanket is absolutely amazing for the pain. The ability to adjust the temperature is amazing. It doesnt make you feel claustrophobic which I was worried about. Its very easy to keep clean also. This is great all round and became part of my weekly routine!
