The Stylpro Infrared Sauna Blanket is like a pampering at home treatment. The size is large and would accompany fairly tall individuals as well as those who may be bigger in shape. The settings allow you to set a timer between 30 and 60 minutes and a temperature of between 35 and 80 degrees celsius. I would recommend starting off on a low heat and slowly increasing to allow your body get used to it. I would also suggest wearing garments when using as it gets quite hot. I did find that it had to be set to a hot temperature and I had to utilise it for longer than 30 minutes in order to see any sweating effects. I would add that it feels lovely on lower settings and is very soothing on the body. The blanket comes in a storage bag and comes with a European plug adapter. It is easy to clean and simple to store. The remote is simple to use and comfortable to handle. The large zip pulls at the sides of the blanket assist you in closing it however I did initially find it a bit difficult to zip them up all the way. The blanket has arm holes with double sided zippers, which allow for easier opening and closing. The arm holes allow you to have your arms free and provide some relief from the heat should you find having them in the blanket makes you too hot. When using the arm holes I instantly felt cooler especially when wearing a T-shirt in place of a long sleeved top. Overall the Stylpro Infrared Sauna Blanket provides somewhat of a spa experience at home. It will never replace a sauna however does a good job of making you sweat, assisting in ridding your body of some toxins. I would also assume it aids with your weight in some form however I would need to use it for a prolonged period of time to see if this was the case for me. It is a handy item to have at home whether you want to use it at a high temperature or on a lower temperature for simple soothing session.
