I loved this it was easy to use and comfy fit. It has arm holes which I used to read a book whilst relaxing and letting the heat do its work. It helped me sleep as was so relaxing. You can change the heat setting easily. After use it was easy to clean and comes with a bag for storage. Loved it and definitely recommend for a home spa session
