I have never tried sauna blanket before so this was great experience. I loved using it, sauna experience at your own lounge at touch of the your finger. You can control power on your liking, the size is great and comes in a tote bag so easy to carry if going away, this was free but great value for money, this is worth the investment. Great for that tiring long day and you need to relax and help with muscle and body ache after long day as a nurse. I love you can easily wipe the material and takes small space to store.
