This is OK but not sure what the plumping bit is all about. There is a slight tingling after about 5 - 10 minutes but this goes very quickley. Its not like some other lip plumper I have used. However, I like this as a lip gloss and it feels really smooth and the colour I got, Pietra, looks quite natural/ neutral, but really shiney. I would buy this again and try another colour.
