Smooth application

I really enjoyed this liner! It glides on smoothly has great pigment and best of all it doesn't stain and is easily removed w a micellar water or face wash! It really made my blue eyes pop even more! I would purchase this in other colors for sure! The smudged look isn't my thing but this does smudge out to a darker almost black blue its pretty but not my style.
