I can't say it made my teeth sparkling white but compared to standard high street brands than claim they whiten, this is much better. The inclusion of a small amount of hydrogen peroxide does make a difference. It definitely won't give you long term white teeth but I would buy again as it's the best product in the limited teeth whitening market!
