I am one to always cover my eyes whilst sleeping. I have the mulberry silk pillow case so I thought I'd match it. The eyemask is very comfortable, there are small areas of light that can come through which you have to adjust now and then but all in all it's great coverage. I would say that for those with a larger size head it is likely to be too tight as it fits my head perfectly (I have a small head)
