I turned 34 and noticed below my eyes my skin was a little bumpy and not as soft as it was before I tried this after I tried the PCA eye stuff which did nothing for a year. This is by far the best! After 6 months I noticed my skin is soft and no more bumps. I have not noticed any lift but I really was not needing. It. I have to say there was a different it did take a bit to see but for very soft smooth skin I'll take it!!! I have to say it feel smoothing too when you apply it.
