Ineffective vitamin C. I used over 10 brands of vitamin C before. This is amongst the least effective - you won't even feel the typical "tightening" effect that most Vit C should have on your face when applied. I conclude that it is either already oxidized or the formulation is ineffective. I've used $20-30 vitamin C from amazon that is more effective than this. It is not even about the $ - this is simply ineffective!
