This product has definitely worked to improve my skin texture and appearance. What hasn't worked is delivery. The Veho delivery driver texted me a photo to confirm delivery. What the photo showed was a stack of boxes delivered to another tenant, all of them plainly showing the Amazon logo and much too large for a bottle of serum. I spent a day trying to get help from Veho with no luck. They had the photo, I pointed out how it simply showed a bunch of Amazon boxes, but they insisted the serum was "delivered." So on the 17th I filed a claim with Dermstore and they are "investigating." It's the 24th and no one has told me whether I'll get my money back or when. Customer service clearly is copy-pasting a corporate script when I communicate with them. Not happy at all.
