Based on my first bottle of the recovery complex the product worked well in moisturizing and repairing my skin barrier. The 2nd bottle was a disappointment because there was no straw in the bottle so I was unable to pump the product and therefore couldn’t use it. I had to return it, fortunately received a refund. It would’ve been nice to have been given a discount code or a little something for my trouble but nothing was offered.
