This is my 3rd time buying this Skin Medica cream because it just simply works, it's not greasy or heavy. I like to layer it on at night after my serum. You get the benefit of the TNS product (although it's not as prevalent in the product as buying the actual TNS cream) without paying the higher price so this to me is pretty reasonable especially when Dermstore put's it on sale frequently. It's a great product by a great company and I would recommend it if you are looking for something that doesn't just sit on top of your skin and end up on the pillow
