It's basically pink KT tape shaped like lips. It does help me get better sleep, but it didn't always stay on. The hole in the middle is great for talking sips of water in the night, but even through a straw, moisture seeps onto lips and then it begins to lose stickiness. It also allows for just enough mouth breathing (if you're a back sleeper) to allow condensation to seep in around that hole and sometimes lose its stickiness. An extra piece of tape over the hole solved that problem but for the price I switched to something very similar that costs a lot less
