I’ve been buying SILKE products for years and I love them. From the turbans to the hair ties I really rate the colours and quality; however, I purchased six black silke hair ties from Lookfantastic and they are totally different to my existing ones. They also do not match the product picture online. I first noticed the knot symbol or logo is not on the hair tie but I’ve also noticed it’s not on the box. I don’t want writing on my hair ties and it’s not what I thought I was purchasing. Not convinced.
