I A B S O L U T E L Y love light therapy ð¡â¨ This mask is yet another example of a fantastic product from Silk’n. When Silk’n launched the new LED Face Mask PRO, It immediately drew my attention. The mask comes with 7 advanced LED modes compared to the 4 found in the LED/EMS Mask, a total of 5 powerful wavelengths, as well as Silk’n’s patented Caeli lenses designed to provide a more even and effective light distribution across the skin. I actually reached out to Silk’n myself to ask more about the mask, and they kindly offered to let me test it for free ð¥¹ð What I really appreciated was how honest and transparent they were about the fact that this is not necessarily an “upgrade,” but rather a mask with a different focus area. The LED/EMS Mask uses microcurrents to target fine lines and skin firmness, while the LED Face Mask PRO is specifically optimized for light therapy. I’ve now been testing the mask for about a month and I’m completely sold. ⨠Let’s start with some of the deets One of the biggest advantages is that the mask is completely wireless and comes with a storage pouch, making it super easy to travel with. It’s also designed to reach underneath the chin while fitting more snugly around the eyes than the LED/EMS Mask. Because of this, the light leakage is significantly reduced. For pure light therapy, the LED Face Mask PRO is definitely the better option. Since it doesn’t include EMS plates, there’s room for more lights. I personally feel that the light coverage is more even, while also reaching better around the mouth and underneath the chin. However, if your main focus is firmness, muscle toning, and achieving more of a lifting effect, then the LED/EMS Mask is absolutely the better choice for you. ð¦ The mask comes with several different light modes and wavelengths â¤ï¸ Red Light (633nm)â¨Stimulates collagen production, improves blood circulation, and helps target fine lines while improving skin elasticity. ð Blue Light (463nm)â¨Targets acne-causing bacteria, reduces redness, and helps create a clearer complexion. 𧡠Amber Light (605nm)â¨Calms sensitive skin while also helping with pigmentation, redness, and uneven skin tone. ð¤ Near Infrared + Deep Near Infrared (830nm + 1072nm)â¨Works deeper within the skin to stimulate recovery, improve skin texture, and support firmness and elasticity. â¤ï¸âð¥ Red + Near Infrared + Deep Near Infrared (633nm + 830nm + 1072nm)â¨Combines the benefits of red and infrared light to target anti-aging, firmness, and skin rejuvenation. ð Blue + Red + Near Infrared + Deep Near Infrared (463nm + 633nm + 830nm + 1072nm)â¨A more all-round mode that works on acne, redness, skin texture, and overall skin quality for a clearer and more balanced complexion. ð§¡â¤ï¸ Amber + Red + Near Infrared + Deep Near Infrared (605nm + 633nm + 830nm + 1072nm)â¨Focuses on glow, a more even skin tone, calmer skin, and improved firmness. One important thing to keep in mind when investing in an LED mask is that the mask cannot do all the work on its own. Personally, I believe the best results come from combining light therapy with optimized skincare. I always use the mask before applying my skincare products because I feel the products are absorbed better after using the mask. Thank you so much, Silk’n, for letting me test yet another masterpiece. ð¥¹ð⨠â£ï¸ I also want to mention that Silk’n offers a 2-year warranty on all of their products — if anything starts malfunctioning, they will repair or replace it.
