I did a lot of research on LED Masks and liked the idea of the additional EMS on this model. I wish I had taken on board the reviews on this item, as there seem to be a lot of comments about the mask not charging or similar faults. I took a risk in ordering, the usual excellent delivery from Look Fantastic and it arrived the next day, but the mask did not charge at all, like some other reviews there seemed to be a connection issue, so disappointing and a common fault. I returned the item immediately I did have to pay the return fee but it was minimal. There was no quibble and Look Fantastic issued the refund.
