I have been using Shiseido Future Solution LX: Eye and Lip Cream for the past 20 years. Last time I purchased this product from Allbeauty in August 2025. I immediately noticed the change in texture. After a couple of days of using this product I started experiencing a burning sensation in my eyes and itching of my eye lids. After two weeks of using this product the burning sensation and the itching have increased. I also developed dermatitis on my eye lids and they became red and swollen. I did not realise at first that this was caused by my favourite product. I had to see the Ophthalmologist to seek a treatment. To my great disappointment, in the next couple of months I realised that all these symptoms were caused by this product. I first suspected that the product was not genuine, but I have never had any problems with it before when purchasing from this seller. Later I was able to find some information that Shiseido has reformulated the whole Future Solution line of products. It is really sad because it took me a long time to find a product that was not causing any allergic reactions or discomfort. Now I have to try and find a different one that I can use. I will never buy this product again. Question to Shiseido: why fix something that is not broken?
