I bought it a month ago and I am still trying to get good results. When I dry my hair with a regular good-quality hair dryer, my hair looks beautiful, silky, and healthy. However, with my new Shark system, which I had been dreaming of owning, I just can't achieve good results. My hair becomes straight, but it looks dull, lacks shine and movement, and feels like hay. No matter what temperature or speed setting I use, nothing seems to work. At this point, I would like to sell it if possible because I am very disappointed with the results.
