I've been using Sente dermal repair cream (both regular and ultra formula) for a couple of years now with the blessing of my dermatologist, so I decided to try the firming neck cream. So far, so good. The cream is light, absorbs quickly and my neck seems to be loving the special attention. Need a little more time to see whether firming will be "measurable", but am liking the product while I wait and see.
