Nioxin Age Defence Serum Colourless liquid that has a pleasant fragrance with an underlying "actives" scent. Similar to the Shampoo and Conditioner. Very easy to use and apply anong my parting and my temples. I used one full pipette first application as I wasn't sure how concentrated or how far the area to cover was. I massaged with my fingertips. Very easy, no sticky residue. No crispy drying, either. It's still early days, so I will revisit my review [ 24 March] at a later date. I've included a photo of my regular hair in plug hair wash routine to compare in a few weeks. Checking my fully dried results at the end of the day, see photos, shows the hair had pouffed up over the thinning areas.
