I'm really pleased with the effectiveness of these pads! I took a bit of a risk purchasing as I originally wanted the 20% but the Dermstore has been out of those for some time. I moved on from a 8% glycolic gel so I wasn't expecting much of a reaction from my skin but I was gladly mistaken! My skin has responded so well to the product and I'm so glad I bought the 10% instead of the 20
