I find benzoyl peroxide spot treatments to be harsh on my skin, but do think that benzoyl peroxide is an effective ingredient to use for clearing acne. After eliminating my use of benzoyl peroxide in products that you leave on the skin, I ordered this cleanser to keep some benzoyl peroxide in my routine. After a first cleanse, I gently massage a small amount of this cleanser around my face for at least 20 seconds and find that to be effective and not drying. I also find Replenix to be really reliable and have effective products, and this product didn't disappoint.
