I had originally purchased this from my dermatologist's office. It was light and creamy and a little went a long way. This is much thicker, although lighter in color, and does not spread as easily. It feels very heavy and is super shiny. The bottle also does not close all the way and every time I open it there is a little bit of dried product on the opening of the bottle.
